      項目總重量約13,000噸，材料最高等級為1100Mpa, 其中460C等級材料近2,500噸，采用DNV和AS標準建造，按照100% NDT要求進行檢驗。自去年承接項目以來，潤邦海洋項目組全力以赴，建造過程中，項目團隊攻克了高強度等級材料焊接、抱環閉合試驗、海生物水下清理、甲板面大面積防滑砂施工、Dolphin高精度吊裝試驗等難題。潤邦海洋充分發揮自身的技術優勢，不斷地探索和創新，利用模塊車進行船臺搭載等新工藝，大幅縮短建造工期，降低作業風險，確保項目按計劃順利推進，最終提前近2個月高質量交付，高強度材料焊接UT合格率達到99.86%。
